Refund and Return Policy

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [[email protected]] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily replace the item or provide a refund if the damage is confirmed.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations cannot be honored, as products may already be in preparation.

 

Custom and Ritual Products

Due to the nature of custom and/or ritual-prepared items, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the item has been made or shipped.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
